this service is abslutluy
this service is abslutluy terrible. we have it based in clintonville and all the chanels freeze during the sunniest of days, every day. Its terrible. The prices are very high, and its my guess that if time warner came into this area they wouldbe millionres. charter is horrible beyond all means. i advise you to stay away from charter!
The pixelation of channels
The pixelation of channels is usually due to low quality coaxial in the home...not the cable plant.I suggest you demand better cable line from charter.
I agree. I actually have
I agree. I actually have Time Warner myself and I had the same pixelization issue. I called an they installed a new jack and rewired the coaxial cable from the main cable line. Problem is all gone! Anyhow, this usually isn't a signal problem but a wiring problem.
