WTAQ's Packer promos jabbing WLUK or Time Warner?

Has anybody else heard WTAQ's Packer promos lately? They're a spoof of Dr. Phil (original, I know) talking about a Packer fan going through Packer withdrawal, ending with "WTAQ, we're not going anywhere!"

If you've heard them, who do you think they're taking shots at specifically -- WLUK or Time Warner? I'd lean towards WLUK, which would be interesting considering they're their weather partner.
