We can now confirm that, as of this morning, Time Warner Cable has indeed launched National Geographic HD and The History Channel HD on channels 723 and 724, respectively.  The channels were scheduled for a February launch and they were added to TWC's online lineup prematurely before getting delayed.

As of this posting at 11:00 AM, the channels haven't shown up on TWC's official channel list on their website.
