Charter adds Discovery Channel, TLC to HD lineup

While we would hope to see the margin open up a little bit more, we have finally broken the tie for last in the Northeast Wisconsin HD Race.

Charter Communications has quietly added The Discovery Channel HD and TLC HD to its high-definition lineup on channels on 762 and 763, respectively.  That bumps their HD channel count to 18, two ahead of rival Time Warner Cable.
