FRUSTRATION with Time Warner Cable

Does anybody know what the STATUS is on the following issues with Time Warner Cable?

1. WLUK/HD channel within TWC?

2. NFL Network channel within TWC?

3. Big 10 Network channel within TWC?

I am close to leaving for AT&T U-verse but if they (TWC) are close to deals, I will probably not go through the hassle.

HELP PLEASE?

(I don't even get ANY help by calling customer service within TWC ---- they are useless!)
